Vaani’s Daily Routine In English

I usually wake up at 8 AM on weekdays.	Weekdays पर मैं ज्यादातर सुबह 8 बजे उठती हूँ।
I wake up at 10 am on weekends.	Weekends पर मैं सुबह 10 बजे उठती हूँ।
Once I wake up, I stay in bed for about 10 minutes before i get up.	जब मैं उठ जाती हूँ तो जागने से पहले 10 minute तक मैं बिस्तर में ही रहती हूँ।
Then finally, I wash my face and brush my teeth.	उठके मैं finally अपने चहरे को wash करती हूँ और brush करती हूँ।
After that I take a Shower / Have a Shower.	उसके बाद मैं नहाती हूँ।
Then I dry and comb my hair.	उसके बाद मैं अपने बालों को सुखाकर कंघी करती हूँ।
After that, I have my Breakfast around 8:30. (have a breakfast = eat breakfast)	उसके बाद मैं अपना Breakfast करती हूँ।
After Breakfast, I put on some Make-up.	Breakfast के बाद मैं थोड़ा Make-up लगाती हूँ।
I Leave home at 8:50 for work.	मैं अपने घर से 8:50 पर निकलती हूँ।
I take a Bus to work. / I catch a Bus to work.	मैं काम पर Bus लेकर जाती हूँ।
Then I pay the fare and get a Seat.	फिर मै Bus मे ticket के paise देकर एक seat ले लेती हूँ।

I arrive at work around 9:30 am.	मै काम पर 9:30 am बजे पहुँच जाती हूँ।
I have a cup of coffee while I read the Newspaper. (have coffee = drink coffee)	वहाँ मैं coffee पीती हूँ और Newspaper पढ़ती हूँ।
Then I check my Emails and file my Papers.	उसके बाद मैं अपने Emails check करती हूँ और अपने paper इकट्ठे करती हूँ।
Then I usually make some phone calls.	उसके बाद मैं कुछ phone calls करती हूँ।
Then I report to my Boss.	और उसके बाद मैं अपने Boss को मिलती हूँ।
At around 1 pm I have Lunch, followed by which I usually work on the computer. (followed by which = after that)	office में मै 1 बजे लंच खाती हूँ और उसके बाद computer पर काम करती हूँ।
I have afternoon tea at around 4 pm and eat some snacks (or have some snacks).	उसके बाद मैं 4 बजे दोपहर की चाय पी लेती हूँ और कुछ नमकीन, बिस्कुट खा लेती हूँ।
I Leave work at 5:30 pm.	मै काम से 5 बजे निकल जाती हूँ।
I take a Train and go to the Gym before i go home.	फिर मै एक train लेकर पहले GYM जाती हूँ।
I work out for almost an hour.	और मै 1 घंटे के लिए exercise करती हूँ।
I arrive home at around 7:30 pm.	मै 7:30 बजे घर आ जाती हूँ।
I reach home and pray.	मै घर पहुँचकर सबसे पहले Prayer करती हूँ।
I go for a bath (or for a shower).	इसके बाद मैं नहाने जाती हूँ।
I get into my night suit (or wear my night suit) and take the rubbish out.	फिर मै अपना Night suit पहनती हूँ और अपना कूडा बहार निकालती हूँ।
If i don’t feel so tired, i cook dinner, otherwise I order from outside.	अगर मै बहुत ज्यादा थकी नही होती तो मै Dinner बना लेती हूँ वरना बाहर से order कर लेती हूँ।
I have dinner at around 9 pm.	9 बजे मै अपना Dinner खाती हूँ।
I relax on my couch and watch TV.	इसके बाद मै सोफे पे अराम करती हूँ और TV देखती हूँ।
Then I feed my Dog and wash my Dishes.	फिर मै अपने Dog को खाना खिलाती हूँ और बरतन धोती हूँ।
Then I get things ready for the next Day.	फिर मै अगले दिन की त्यारी मे जुट जाती हूँ।
I set out things for Breakfast the next morning and Lay out my clothes to wear the next day. Set out things Lay out	और मै रात को ही Breakfast के लिए सब Set करती हूँ और अपने कपडे set करती हूँ अगले दिन के लिए। सामग्री को जमाना फैलाकर रखना
Then, I Lock the door and brush my teeth and get ready for bed.	फिर मै अपने Door को Lock करती हूँ, और Brush करती हूँ, और सोने के लिए त्यार हो जाती हूँ।
At around 11:30 pm, I set the alarm and read a book for about 30 minutes.	और लगभग 11:30 बजे मै अगले दिन के लिए alarm लगा लेती हूँ और आधे घंटे के लिए एक किताब पढ़ती हूँ।
Then finally at around 12 pm I turn off the Lights and go to Bed (or get in Bed).	और आखिर मे मै Lights बंद करती हूँ और अपने Bed मे घुस जाती हूँ।
Then I Sleep tight. sleep tight	उसके बाद मै सो जाती हूँ। बहुत अच्छे से सोना / बहुत अच्छी नींद लेना

Micah’s Daily Routine In English for Work

I usually wake up at 6 in the morning.	मै अक्सर सुबह 6 बजे उठता हूँ।
I brush my teeth, wash my face and get ready for the Gym.	मै अपने दांत साफ करता हूँ, Face को wash करता हूँ और Gym के लिए ready हो जाता हूँ।
By half past 6, I Leave home. By quarter to 7, I reach there. (It’s quite nearby from my place (or my Home), so it doesn’t take much time.)	6:30 बजे तक मै घर से निकल जाता हूँ। 6:45 बजे तक मै वहाँ पहुँच जाता हूँ। (ये मेरे घर से काफी नजदीक है इसलिए मुझे ज्यादा समय नहीं लगता।)
After reaching there, for first 15 minutes, I warm up myself; # because it’s always important to warm up yourself before getting into the main exercise. # So, that’s what I do. # I go there to keep myself fit.	वहाँ पहुँचने के बाद, पहले 15 minutes मै अपने आप को warm up करता हूँ। # क्योंकि main exercise करने से पहले ये बहुत important है की आप अपने आप को warm up कर लें। # इसलिए मै ये करता हूँ। # मै अपने आप को Fit रखने के लिए वहाँ जाता हूँ।
I work out from 7 to 8.	7 से 8 बजे तक मै अपना work out करता हूँ।
By quarter past 8, I am back home.	8:15 बजे तक मै वापस आ जाता हूँ।
For about half an hour, I read the newspaper and in the meanwhile, my body is relaxed. # You have to Let your body cool down to normal as well, just like you warmed it up. # So, that’s what I do.	1/2 घंटे तक मै Newspaper पढ़ता हूँ और इस बीच मेरी Body relax हो जाती है। # जिस तरह से आपने अपनी body को warm up किया था उसी तरह से आपको अपनी body को cool down होने देना है। # इसलिए मै ये करता हूँ।
Then, I take a shower, get ready for office.	फिर मै नहाता हूँ, Office के लिए ready होता हूँ।
Generally at quarter past 9, I am at the Breakfast table.	अक्सर 9:15 तक मै breakfast table पर होता हूँ।
It hardly takes 20 minutes to take breakfast.	breakfast करने मे ज्यादा से ज्यादा 20 minutes लगते हैं।
Sharp at quarter to 10, I Leave for office.	sharp 9:45 पर मै office के लिए निकलता हूँ।
It takes about 10-15 minutes to reach office, depending on the traffic.	office पहुँचने मे 10 से 15 minutes लगते हैं traffic पे depend करता है।
I work 10 am to 6 pm.	10 से 6 बजे तक मै काम करता हूँ।
At 6 o’clock, I leave office.	6 बजे मै office से निकलता हूँ।

By quarter past 6 or half past 6, I reach home; depending on whether I’ve got to purchase something from the shops on the way or not.	6:15 या 6:30 तक मै घर पहुँचता हूँ depend इस बात पे करता की मुझे रास्ते मे दुकानों से कुछ लेना है या नहीं।
If I have not to purchase anything, I reach early.	अगर मुझे कुछ नहीं खरीदना होता है तो मै जल्दी पहुँच जाता हूँ।
The moment I reach home, I get into the articles. (just like Researching, designing, Posting, taking care of websites and app)	जैसे ही मै घर पहुँचता हूँ, मै Articles बनाने लग जाता हूँ।
and at about 9 o’clock, I take Dinner.	और करीब 9 बजे मै Dinner करता हूँ।
For about half an hour, I take stroll with my Family.	करीब 1/2 घंटा मै अपनी Family के साथ टहलता हूँ।
and anytime between 10 to 11, I go to Bed and Sleep.	और 10 से 11 के बीच किसी भी समय मै सोने चला जाता हूँ।
So, this is my Routine Except on Sundays and Holidays.	तो ये मेरा Routine है Sundays और Holidays को छोडकर।

Alisha’s Daily Routine In English (In Short)
ENGLISH	HINDI
I wake up at 5:00 AM.	मै सुबह 5 बजे उठती हूँ।
I have Breakfast & read the Newspaper.	मै नाश्ता करती हूँ और Newspaper पढ़ती हूँ।
After Breakfast, I go to work at 9:00 AM.	नाश्ता करने के बाद मै 9 बजे काम के लिए निकलती हूँ।
I have meetings in the morning.	सुबह मेरी meetings होती हैं।
I have lunch at 1:00 PM.	मै दोपहर 1 बजे अपना खाना खाती हूँ।
I finish work at 5:30 PM.	मै शाम के 5:30 बजे अपना काम खतम करती हूँ।
I go to play tennis in the evening.	मै शाम को Tennis खेलने जाती हूँ।
I come home, have Dinner, Watch TV & Sleep by 10.	मै घर आ जाती हूँ Dinner करती हूँ, TV देखती हूँ और 10 बजे तक सो जाती हूँ।
