The Challenger Deep – Deepest Point Of Earth’s Ocean

The Challenger Deep is the deepest point of Earth’s ocean, with a depth of 10,994 meters (~11 km), which is Located in the western Pacific ocean, at the southern end part of Mariana Trench.

James Cameron is the first person to venture alone to the deepest known part of the world’s oceans. His vertical Torpedo submersible dove nearly 11,000 meters.
